Fix self-citing papers

Begin new refsections _after_ the Publication Data, where the paper is
supposed to be referenced by a \fullcite.

Do so by removing the corresponding \begin and \end from the main
template and making thesiscomposer emit the corresponding commands
inside the individual paper files.
